USING THE SPELLING CHECKER

It is very important to deliver your work without any spelling mistakes. 

Your work may be very good but if you make some spelling mistakes you will fail !!

Therefore, it's a good idea to use the spelling checker in your schoolwork.

HOW TO ??

1. Select your text.

2. Go to Review Menu.

3. Select:  Language. 

4. Select:  Set  Language  (select language you want!). Say OK.

5. If a word is underlined red, it means there could be a spelling mistake. You should click the spelling and grammar button.

6. Choose ignore  (don't correct this mistake)  or change (correct this mistake with the word suggested by the program) or you can choose the correct word and click change to solve the problem
