To do this, you can use for example a Google account.
Create a google account: domname(1)surname(3)@gmail.com
Create a google account: domname(1)surname(3)@gmail.com
After creating your google account, you have to create the folder structure that you need this year in google drive.
Remember that a google account offers you email and others services.
